Returns policy
You may return goods to us within seven days of receipt for a full refund. Any such goods must be received by us in mint condition. We will pay for return postage if goods were received by you in damaged condition, or when we have supplied in error.
You may cancel an order at any time before it has been shipped.

Books are zero-rated for VAT. VAT is charged at the current rate on diaries.
